There are 10 more days to take part in the OKOSTÁNYÉR® National Student Knowledge Test

Attention sixth and seventh graders! The Hungarian Dietitians’ National Association is organizing its national study competition again this year, where you have the main role: you can compare your knowledge about a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition in a team. The knowledge base is the current Hungarian nutritional recommendation: the SMART PLATE®. The online round can be completed until October 22, and the final will be held in Budapest in mid-November.

Sixth and seventh grade teams from all primary schools in the country can apply, even more from one school! The three-person teams must first complete a 20-question online test, the deadline for this is the middle of next week, October 22 to be exact! After the evaluation, the best teams from each county and the capital will advance to the finals, where an exciting, 16-station obstacle course awaits them at the Szent Imre High School in Budapest. The best companion for preparation is the OKOSTÁNYÉR®, which helps children from kindergarten to 17 years of age navigate the world of food portions and correct proportions, and of course there is a version developed for adults as well.

And why is it worth entering? Because every finalist will receive an unforgettable day and a gift. And the winners can go home with a sports equipment voucher worth hundreds of thousands of forints. Class trips will be raffled off among the teams participating in the online round, and the school of the best-performing group will be rewarded with valuable equipment support by the organizers.

The OKOSTÁNYÉR® National Student Knowledge Test is supported this year by the Aktív Hungary Program and Auchan Hungary Kft., which has already played a role in the establishment of the competition, so the popular competition can take place in the fall thanks to the cooperation of both of them.
