Mazars: intergovernmental tax treaties will change
Many domestic businesses will be affected by the fact that the Hungarian government modified intergovernmental tax treaties with several countries such as the USA and Germany, and a number of old treaty’s re-negotiatings are ongoing – the latest report of MAZARS international audit and consulting firm calls attention.
According to the international audit and consulting firm, it is worth to follow the changes, because there are passages that extend the tax opportunities, while others will result in more favorable withholding tax on dividend.
