Mazars: the value of corporate acquisitions reached a five-year high last year in Central and Eastern Europe

The value of corporate acquisitions in Central and Eastern Europe reached a five-year high in 2021
According to the study, the number of transactions rose by 32 percent to 889 and their value by 41 percent to 67 billion euros.
The region retained its appeal in 2021. A total of 40 public M&A transactions in Hungary totaled 549 million euros last year. (MTI)
