Mastercard’s online shopping has surpassed all other forms of spending
Online shopping has surpassed all other forms of spending in recent weeks as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, the demand for virtual experiences has increased, while about 60 percent of Hungarians fear online abuse, according to a recent Mastercard survey.
According to a statement sent to MTI on Monday, the survey was conducted in May in 15 European countries, including Hungary, and 7,500 people were interviewed.
The survey revealed that more than a third of Hungarians say they have never bought as much online as in recent weeks. 57 percent of Europeans answered the same. (MTI)
