Mastercard: 7 percent of the college students regularly pay with mobile wallets
7 percent of college students regularly and 13 percent occasionally pay with mobile wallets., 72 percent of them positively evaluated the new technology, and 1 out of 4 students would definitely pay this way if they had the necessary conditions – Mastercard’s latest online survey reveals. The survey that was sent to MTI on Thursday was carried out by interviewing 1507 students.
Mastercard surveyed students’ payment habits and found that innovative mobile technology solutions, such as mobile wallet are particularly important to them, which requires the user to have a suitable credit card and telephone, and the so-called wallet application available to the bank. (MTI)
