The proportion of users of banking applications grew by one and a half fold in Hungary compared to last year.
According to Gfk’s market researcher’s latest research published on Tuesday, nearly every fifth of the 15 to 59-year-olds use banking applications, while 85 percent of them have smartphones. Their proportion increased the most among people in their forties – almost 80 percent – compared to last year’s figures, but the increase was close to 50 percent among people between age 30 – 40.
