GDP on an annual basis grew by close to 1.5 percent in the third quarter
The third quarterly data of the gross domestic product (GDP) was roughly equal to the analysts' expectations.
On the basis of the quick assessment of the Central Statistical Office (KSH) and Ecostat; Hungary's GDP increased by 1.4 percent in the third quarter of 2011, compared to the same period of last year. According to the seasonally and calendary adjusted figures; growth was 0.5 percent, compared to the previous quarter – reports MTI.
