Brand Loyalty: the common thing in the generation of grandparents and grandchildren
The brand loyalty is not age-dependent: from this point of view, grandparents and grandchildren are similar to each other, ie the older and younger parents – the X and Y generations – have a similar attitude.
The online survey of the Metropolitan University of Budapest (METU) and Darwin’s Marketing Evolution was carried out in March on a more than 1,000 sample. The survey examined how generational attitudes affect brand choice and loyalty to brands among four generations in nine product and service groups.
