Future Farming has reported that China’s Sananbio has announced that it has made available its worldwide, fully automated vertical farming system, Uplift, which requires no human intervention. The system also uses robotic components and conveyors to fully automate sowing, transplanting, harvesting and transport processes, as well as system cleaning. Sananbio tested and fine-tuned the technology for 18 months, making it now available for everyone to buy. (agrarszektor.hu, Szedlák Levente)
