The form for reporting a reduction in packaging is available

With the help of the online formula, manufacturers, first marketers in Hungary, and wholesalers can indicate to Nébih the products affected by the reduction in packaging.

Pursuant to the Government’s decision, customers must be drawn to the products that are available in smaller packages than usual in some commercial units. The exact regulations are in 1/2024. (I. 9.) Government decree contains.

The manufacturers, the first domestic distributors, or the wholesalers are obliged to notify their trading partners about the affected products, as well as Nébih for the first time for each product. The form for fulfilling the obligation became available today on the thematic sub-page of the office, at https://portal.nebih.gov.hu/kiszereles-csokkentes.
