ManpowerGroup: 30 percent of employers are looking for new labor
In the next quarter, 30 percent of Hungarian employers indicated that they were looking to increase their workforce, while 17 percent planned to cut it, according to ManpowerGroup’s labor market forecast published on Tuesday.
It is optimistic that the intention to expand the workforce has stabilized. However, the lack of suitably qualified workers places a huge burden on companies. The lack of talent affects three-quarters of the companies, which is extremely high – Fehér Tamás, the managing director of ManpowerGroup Magyarország said in a statement. (MTI)
