ManpowerGroup: Digitalization does not reduce but increases the demand for manpower
The coronavirus has accelerated the process of digitization in 38 percent of companies, which has been accompanied by an increase in labor demand, according to a survey by ManpowerGroup carried out among 26,000 employers in 40 countries.
Digitization, in addition to creating a solution to a number of problems that have become important due to the viral situation and has made the workforce more flexible, provided a better work-life balance and greater autonomy for certain groups of employees.
