34 percent of employers plan to expand their headcount in Hungary in the first quarter of 2022, while 17 percent expect a reduction; such optimism was last seen among market participants in the third quarter of 2018, ManpowerGroup told MTI.

One-third of employers plan to expand early next year

Based on the responses, the seasonally adjusted net value of the Labor Market Forecast is +19 percent, up 17 percentage points from a year earlier and 8 percentage points higher than currently expected for the fourth quarter.
