(HU) Manifesto
A typical, really 21st-century hospitality units are very successful and popular, e.g. food courts, beer and food truck parks, etc. These so-called food hubs have a wide target group, but typically they are frequented by young people.

Manifesto aligns with 21st century trends
Prague’s most popular food hubs are Manifesto Markets. They combine pop-up restaurants, street food and open air cultural events. They are made up of 10-20 containers turned into kitchens, with tables and chairs placed in the space between them.
Manifesto Berlin will open on 4,400m² on Potsdamer Platz. There will be 22 restaurants with different concepts, 2 bars, a speakeasy and a Chef’s Table waiting for guests, and of course cultural programmes. Manifesto’s objective is to give chefs the opportunity to start their own place from a relatively small budget. //
