Hungary can maintain its position in the EU agricultural subsidies
Hungary can maintain its position in the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) of the EU, that will enter into force after 2014. Hungary can reach the same amount from the shared resources, such as in the current budget period – Czerván György, Minister of State at the Ministry of Rural Development, responsible for agri-management told on Tuesday in Hajdúszoboszlón.
The politician said: Hungary in 2013 will receive 560 billion HUF from the common agricultural supports and their aim is to maintain this amount. So Hungary will be net beneficiary of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), because in addition to its existing 2 percent share, Hungary will acquire 3-4 percent of the total EU support. (MTI)
