Hungary’s GMO-free status is an advantage on the market of organic products
The Hungarian agriculture’s genetically modified organisms-free (GMO-free) status is a serious advantage on the organic market.
Hungary takes place at the fair with renewed national stand which in addition to the cultural and gastronomic values presents the products of the Hungarian organic farming – Tóth Katalin Deputy Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) told MTI on Wednesday, who opened the Hungarian booth at the world's largest organic trade show, the BioFach in Nuremberg.
Organic farming is taking place on 130 thousand hectares in Hungary, with the participation of 2000 companies – she added. (MTI)
