Hungary is the guest of honor of the Gastronomika Congress
Hungary can participate as a special guest in one of the most prestigious culinary world congress the Gastronomika, which will take place from 2 to 5 October in San Sebastian, in Spain.
The Gastronomika has started eighteen years ago near the Spanish-French border, in San Sebastian, one of the capitals of international gastronomy: the restaurants of the Basque village have 21 Michelin stars and chefs are working there such as Juan Mari Arzak and Martín Berasategui – Madary Orsolya, orgainizer and the editor of the Hungarian Cuisine Online
