Hungarian companies can also benefit from the EU-China agreement
Following the entry into force of the Investment Agreement between the EU and China, EU companies, including Hungarian companies, will no longer be required to set up joint ventures and transfer their technologies in many sectors in order to operate in the Far East.
Domestic companies can also benefit indirectly from the agreement, as the opportunities for Western European companies working with them to expand also become easier, the international law firm Baker McKenzie points out.
