Hungarian success at the world's largest food exhibition
The Hungarian developed tofu made of sprouted soy was included to the list of the best innovations at the world's largest food fair, the Anuga in Cologne.
At the event’s “Taste of 2013” competition the best innovations were selected in ten categories. The Hungarian product was included among the winners in the so-called Fine Food category. The Hungarian product was included to the list of the best innovations by competing with more than 1,200 products. The raw material of the product is a Yaso branded GMO-free naturally produced additive-free soy product. (MTI)
