The Praktiker DIY chain is in Hungarian hands

The sales procedure of the Praktiker Kft. has ended, after the Competition Authority approved the transaction.

The new majority owner of Praktiker in Hungary is the Wallis Asset Management Zrt. which owns the entire retail company, the real estates and the brand name as well. The current Managing Director of Praktiker Kft. will continue to participate in the company's operational management as a minority shareholder.
