Easter Fair of Hungarian Flavors in the Castle Garden Bazaar
A hundred small regional producers will present their products from original source at the Easter Fair of Hungarian Flavors on Saturday and Sunday in the Castle Garden Bazaar.
The Fair showcasing about one hundred, controlled small producers from different regions of Hungary focuses on eggs, in the spirit of Easter festivities: in addition to hen’s eggs there will be inter alia, quail, goose and ostrich eggs – the organizers told MTI.
In the range of products classic Easter dishes such as ham, sausage, horseradish, mustard, pickles and chocolate will be found, but the fair will also have several specialties.
