Hungarian flavors at the world's most important food exhibition
The Magyar Ízek Kereskedelmi Szövetség Zrt. (Trade Association of Hungarian Flavours Ltd.) successfully represented the Hungarian craft producers in France,
The Trade Association of Hungarian Flavours Ltd. promoted gray-cattle meeat, Mangalica-salami, smoked foie gras, and a variety of herbal distillates at the SIAL Food Industrial World Exhibition in Paris.
At the last event in 2010, 5,838 exhibitors from 106 countries were introduced, more than 80 percent of them were foreigners. 62 percent of the 136,381 visitors came from abroad.
