Hungary's drinking water is among the best products in the world
The water of the Szigetköz recaived Great Gold Medal from the independent jury at the Monde Selection International Quality Institute in Brussels.
The drinking water of Mosonmagyaróvár and surroundings (about 74,000 people) comes from Central Europe’s purest and one of the largest drinking water base. The Panta Aqua Zrt. owned by the local government bottles the water without filtration and other treatments since 2011 under the Panta Aqua brand name abroad. In Hungary it is sold under the Szigetközi Friss Víz brand name.
