Hungarian Weeks in METRO
The Hungarian Weeks series of events began in the METRO stores in Hungary. In June the METRO promotes the products of its Hungarian suppliers. Glattfelder Béla Minister of State also attended the opening ceremony as well as the leaders of 20 Hungarian suppliers.
It is essential for METRO to promote the products and raw materials of the Hungarian suppliers among its enterprising partners. The METRO as a wholesaler is not only a source of supply, but has warehouse function, and also plays an educational role towards the participants of both independent retail and hospitality operators.
