Hungarian food-innovation among the best products of the world
Biatorbágy-based Biogreen Ltd. and Unikornis GmbH in Germany worked hard in co-operation to introduce a Hungarian product of international quality at the Biofact 2011 tradeshow in Nürnberg. A Hungarian invention – the germ-based product line of BioGreen was launched into the Hungarian and the German markets.
There were a lot of enquirers (including doctors, dieticians, food manufacturers – Puru Ltd, Univer, Detki – to name only a few), representatives of cosmetic companies and those of the press. It is not a coincidence that so many people wanted to know more about the products, as they are medically proven to have benefits in preventing cardiovascular diseases and cancer. What are we talking about? On one hand, they are natural ingredients (barley, millet, flax, wheat grass and spelled) on the other hand they are finished products (such as – cold cuts, sauces, and pastas – containing the above mentioned ingredients). You can find the products as “BioGreen” or “Linom” (brand) in Hungary but they are branded as “Dr. Sprout” in Germany. The manufacturer plans to have another 50 to 100 different articles (pasta, cereals, sauces, oils, flour, cold cuts) next year as well as the probiotic premium quality goods called “Perfect Level”.
