Hungary is the guest of honor at the Gastronomika conference

Less than a week after the San Sebastián Film Festival, international star chefs replace the movie stars in the northern Spanish town, where the Gastronomika culinary conference starts on Sunday. This year, Hungary is the guest of honor.

The Gastronomika conference presents lectures, master classes, presentations, courses, activities and the exchange of experiences. It is a constellation of as many as 70 Michelin stars in a format that allows attendees, presenters and great chefs to rub shoulders with one another, and offers real-time tastings.
