International recognition for Hungarian chocolate
Bonbonier Csokoládé Manufaktúra’s pistachio, Peruvian chocolate and salted caramel chocolate won a star at this year’s Great Taste Awards. The company’s chocolatier Nóra Erdélyi told: the biggest task was finding the perfect combination of the ingredients and integrating the crunchy element. In the last six years Bonbonier – they specialise in bonbons, truffles and ice creams – won 19 prizes in various international competitions. //
