Hungarian wines in Milan
For the first time in Italy, the Hungarian Investment and Trade Development Agency (ITD Hungary) organised an autonomous Hungarian wine presentation. The Milan event aims to promote the wines of Hungarian origin and was exploring new export markets.
On 20th October, 13 wineries from the Eger, Tokaj, Szekszárd, Pannonhalma and Sopron wine regions, held wine tastings to the more than 300 professional Italian visitors.
The Tokaji Aszú and the Leányka, Hárslevelű, Irsai Olivér wines had the biggest succes among the professional representatives of restaurants, wineries and the members of the professional press – reports napi.hu.
