Magazine: Drinking beer up in the sky

In cooperation with Cathay Pacific Airways, Hong Kong Brewing Company is creating a special beer called Betsy. It shows its best characteristics when consumed at a high altitude, where our sense of taste works differently. British hops, local honey give Betsy special characteristics. The beer will also be available at airports in the UK and Hong Kong.
