Magazine: Cookbook evolution?
Chicago restaurant Fat Rice has published a special cookbook: The Adventures of Fat Rice uses the comic book format – it was created by a famous cartoonist – to share the restaurant’s recipes. The cookbook of Amanda Cohen’s vegetarian restaurant in New York also features stories illustrated with drawings. Experts say that these publications and similar cookbooks have the potential to draw the attention of teenagers to how much fun cooking can be.
