Magazine: A Café of Hope

Hospital chain Kettering in Ohio has recently modernised its oncology centre. As part of this project they also opened a café where they serve food created especially for cancer patients. The 25 foods they sell in the Boulevard Bistro – A Café of Hope are rich in antioxidants and protein. They are made mainly from fresh organic ingredients.
