Magazine: A fast food restaurant every verst

No matter how hard it is being attacked, McDonald’s holds on in Russia – despite that last year four restaurants were closed by the authorities due to hygiene problems. To make things worse, a new Russian fast food and grocery store chain Jegyim doma (let’s eat at home) is about to be established. World famous film directors Nikita Mikhalkov and Andrei Konchalovsky came up with the patriotic idea, who also calculated that the project needs 41 restaurants and 91 grocery stores to be profitable in 4.8 years. President Putin gave them about HUF 5.5 billion for the implementation.
