Magazine: Serving the gastronomy sector in 21st century fashion
METRO’s new service, called METRO MAX, debuted at Sziget Festival in August: bars and restaurants on the festival island could get everything they needed in the METRO MAX centre’s ‘festival-edition’, built especially for the big music event. In the original 4,500m² METRO MAX centre – from which 1,800m² is cold storage – there are 5,000 SKUs available.
