Magazine: Terroir-selected honey
Beekeepers working at the two ends of the same plot of land may end up making very different honey, because their bees might be collecting nectar from completely different areas as well. Bálint Hudák, managing director of Baja-seated Melliculum Kft. decided to go the other way: the honeys he sells can be traced back to collecting. The item numbers used by the company tell everything we need to know about the beekeeper and the origin of the honey.
