Magazine: Study trip done the MVI way
Between 8 and 10 October the Guild of Hungarian Restaurateurs (MVI) and Coninvest Kft. organised their 3rd study trip, this time to Austria, more precisely to Vienna and Salzburg. MVI president László Kovács acted as the tour guide of the group when travelling. Mirjam Kertész, owner and managing director of Coninvest Kft. did the same at the special stops of the tour. The first such stop was a Rauch Juice Bar in Vienna: here juices, smoothies and shakes are prepared from selected fresh ingredients in front of guests, just like the sandwiches and coffees served here. There are four such bars in Vienna and the one we visited is the biggest, with a floor space of 130m².
