Magazine: Talented young chef

Rodrigo Sándor, (Costes Downtown, Budapest) represented Hungary in the Milan final of S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016, the most prestigious contest for young chefs in the world. The 29-year-old Hungarian talent made it to the best 20 from 3,000 chefs. In the final Rodrigo’s concept was to introduce typical Hungarian flavours.
