Participants of MVI and Coninvest Kft.’s study trip to Munich visited the warehouse of ProfiMiet’s local logistics centre first. ProfiMiet operates in 9 European cities and rents and supplies everything that is needed for the successful implementation of catering events. The Munich branch alone does 12,000 events a year, from 50- to 30,000-guest programmes! In the 8,000 m² warehouse we saw cutlery, pots and pans, kitchen equipment and furniture in unimaginable numbers. ProfiMiet developed its own inventory management system, so it only takes moments to tell where to find what from the company’s 6-million-item stock.
