Young British chef James Knappet, who has already worked in Noma and Per Se, opened a fast food restaurant in London. The place is called Bubbledogs and they serve gourmet hot dogs made with sausages from beef, pork or vegetables, which cost GBP 6-8 with various sides. Guests can wash down the dogs with French champagne.
