Magazine: With realistic goals
László Kovács, the president of the Guild of Hungarian Restaurateurs (MVI) was awarded the Pro Turismo prize at the end of last year. He told our magazine that getting the prestigious prize made him really happy. Mr Kovács is of the opinion that there is no hospitality sector without tourism and vice versa.
He is the member of 11 trade organisations but he is most active in MVI. Once he sets a goal for himself he won’t stop until he reaches that goal. In the last few years MVI has been working along realistic principles and has produced tangible results. For the president it is of utmost importance to continue building the guild’s relationship with the authorities. Another objective he prioritises is solving the problems of trade education.
