  The semi-finals of the 5th National Public Sector Catering Chef Competition (OKÉS) are over. Teams had to prepare a 3-course daily menu from a budget of HUF 420, preferably using regional ingredients. Altogether 26 teams were competing in the semi-finals in three venues. Teams from the following cities qualified for the 2016 final: Biatorbágy, Budapest, Hódmezővásárhely, Kecskemét, Miskolc, Nyíregyháza and Pécs.
