Magazine: An unforgettable culinary trip
Coninvest Kft. organised its last trip to Lake Garda between 6 and 10 June. Participants visited a sparkling wine maker in the Franciacorta wine region and the famous Lugana winery. In Salo they had a chance to see how real mozzarella is made. In Ristorante Al Vedel in Colorno they tasted Culatello ham and Lambrusco frizzante. In a Sicilian style confectionery they saw how typical Italian sweets such as cassata and canolo are made. For some the icing on the cake was the opportunity to eat in Michelin star restaurant Villa Fiordaliso Gardone.
