Magazine: Bye-bye beef stew with red wine!
…but it may just be a temporary farewell – if we can believe what we heard at the catering conference organised by MVI, Hungexpo and Trade magazin: the traditional way of preparing beef stew with red wine constitutes breaching the regulations of the Hungarian Tax and Customs Administration (NAV). This and other very interesting topics were all discussed at the conference held as part of the Hoventa trade fair.
