Magazine: Earn a degree in brewing

Last year the country’s first pálinka master course, organised by BCE’s Food Department and rewarded with a diploma, was a great success. This year a new course is waiting for students: they have the chance to become master brewers. Courses are scheduled in a fashion that lessons can also be attended by students who are working.
