József Bernáth (Art Catering Kft.) told us that it isn’t enough if today’s event organisers focus only on the food and drinks: it is also important that the meal time shouldn’t be longer than 1-1.5 hours. Using the bowl food strategy, guests can try 3-4 main dishes as these portions are smaller in size. Thanks to the shape of the bowl the food is served in, one can eat standing up, holding the bowl in hand, using only a fork or a spoon for eating. Bowl food is served with the flying service technique, so the venue stays clean and tidy.
