Magazine: Public benefit foundation
In 2003 the Guild of Hungarian Restaurateurs (MVI) established the Hungarian Hospitality in Europe Foundation. Anyone can join the foundation who agrees with its goals. Some of the objectives and activities of the foundation: preserving traditions; scientific activity, doing culinary research work; establishing international trade relationships; popularising traditional Hungarian cuisine abroad.
