  MVI’s gala dinner will take place on 1 December at the Greenfield Hotel in Bükfürdő. We are glad to announce that the menu will include delicacies such as goat cheese bonbon, spicy squash shot, fat foie gras terrine, Thai lemongrass fish soup with marinated salmon and caviar, La Petit Chateaubriand – stuffed beef shank with truffle, purple potato and beetroot variations, and rose hip textures and Lúdláb cake as dessert. Tickets cost HUF 15,000.
