Kikkoman soy sauce is naturally brewed from wheat, soybeans, water and salt. Kikkoman soy sauce is made using traditional methods and in the aging process about 400 various aromas develop, giving Kikkoman soy sauce a special taste. Kikkoman soy sauce can be used to make sauces and dressings or for marinating, and it makes grilled dishes, meats, fish, soups and salads taste special. Soy sauce even has the so-called ‘fifth taste’, umami; many use it instead of salt, too, and let’s not forget that Kikkoman products contain no additives! Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce is a special mixture of soy sauce, wine, sugar, vinegar and spices and is perfect for marinating. Kikkoman Wok is soy sauces mixed with wine and sugar and is intended for wok cooking.
