Magazine: Promotion of the year 2014 – Gold medalists and special award winners

With help from Nielsen, Trade Marketing Club and POPAI Hungary, Trade magazine organised the ‘Promotion of the year’ competition for the 7th time. The award ceremony was a special day for the trade, with many exciting programmes and informative presentations. Campaigns competed in seven categories: food, drink, non-food, Horeca, retail, online and non-FMCG. There were a record number of entries and food and retail were the most popular categories. A panel of experts evaluated promotions using strict professional criteria and just like last year, Nielsen conducted focus group studies to test the competing campaigns. Attention: ‘Promotion of the year 2015’ will be announced soon, so it is time you started collecting the material for entering the 8th competition.
