Magazine: I like to give
In Hungary 1.8 million tons of food ends up in the waste bin every year, while more than 200,000 people don’t have enough to eat. In 2015 the Hungarian Food Bank saved 2,600 tons of food and distributed it among several thousand poor people. Food Bank’s new social media campaign, called #szerencsesvagyok, started in May and raises awareness of food waste by sharing food photos.
