Magazine: ‘Local’ is a buzzword in tourism too
In the Hungarian restaurants there are hardly any local products which are characteristic of a given village, town or region. The same can be said about rural tourism: without having local products that differentiate a village from competitors, it isn’t possible to expand a place’s hotel capacity – told Dr Csilla Szalók, head of department at Budapest Business School (BGF)
